We understand that sometimes life throws a curve ball and plans change. This is why we offer a competitive refund policy to account for life’s uncertainties.
For Our Social Mixers, Open Plays, Trainings and other non-league, non-tournament and non-beach camp events:
Cancellation more than 48hrs before event start time
100% Refund
Cancellation between 48 and 24hrs before event start time
50% Refund
Cancellation less than 24hrs before event start time
No Refund
For Our Leagues, Tournaments and Beach Camps:
These events require much more planning and preparation, therefore the cancellation terms are longer than other events.
Cancellation more than 7 days before event start time
100% Refund
Cancellation between 7 and 5 days before event start time
50% Refund
Cancellation less than 5 days before event start time
No Refund
